TDR signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Morgan Stanley huaxin Securities. TDR and  Morgan Stanley Huaxin will cooperate on project referral, information exchange and policy support.

Morgan Stanley Huaxin Securities is a a securities company jointly set up by Morgan Stanley Asia and Huaxin Securities.
